By accessing or using Nod ("the Service"), provided by LangGenius, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nod is a collaboration platform that enables teams to work with AI agents. The Service includes a desktop application, a browser extension, and an iOS app, all connected through a shared workspace.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use Nod. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service for other users
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, create, or share through Nod ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We do not use Your Content to train AI models.

6. AI Agents

Nod provides AI agent functionality that operates on behalf of users within the workspace. Agent outputs are always subject to human review and approval before they are shared or acted upon. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any output generated by your agent before it is delivered to others.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by LangGenius, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand elements.

8. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be presented to you before purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export Your Content before deletion.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI agent outputs may contain inaccuracies and should always be reviewed by a human before use.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LangGenius, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
