LangGenius, Inc. ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Nod platform, including the Nod desktop application, browser extension, and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile information. If you sign up through a third-party service (such as Google or GitHub), we may receive your name and email from that service.

Workspace Data. This includes tasks, conversations, files, documents, and other content you create or upload to Nod as part of your team's workspace. This also includes skills, agent configurations, and any SOPs or documentation you provide to train your agents.

Usage Data. We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including features used, actions taken, timestamps, and device information (device type, operating system, browser type).

Agent Activity Data. When your agent performs tasks on your behalf, we process the inputs, outputs, tool calls, and actions involved in those tasks. This data is visible to you in your task threads.

Communication Data. Messages exchanged between teammates within Nod, including @mentions and collaboration threads.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process and execute tasks through AI agents on your behalf
• Enable collaboration between team members
• Learn from your uploaded documents and SOPs to improve agent performance within your workspace
• Send you notifications about agent activity, approvals, and team updates
• Provide customer support
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the Service
• Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Within Your Workspace. Information you share in collaborative projects is visible to other workspace members as intended by the product's collaboration features.

Service Providers. We work with third-party service providers who help us operate the Service, including cloud infrastructure, AI model providers, analytics, and customer support. These providers are contractually required to protect your information.

AI Model Providers. To power agent capabilities, we send task data to AI model providers. We use commercially available large language models to process your requests. We do not allow AI model providers to use your data to train their models.

Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

Business Transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory reasons.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments.
